After months of hard work and scouring every small town around the country, I am proud to announce the launch of Same State Vintage Clothing! This site has hand selected Mens and Womens Apparel, as well as accessories and home goods. Dermot and I believe that everything was made better back in the day, so we hand selected pieces that are in the same state as they were when originally made. The clothing is vintage, but we curate each season with pieces that are trending to keep you in well made garments and in style. Also, everything retails for under $100!

While spending the better part of last week in the deep south, I found an Antique store and that had the most amazing deals! I bought this blouse for $8 (I will probably spend more on the restoration of it at Madame Paulette and on buttons). It reminds me of something that Philip Lim did recently… Between the nude-ish/pinky color and the delicate details, I was sold.
I also found this 1940′s dress for only $28! At first I didn’t buy it, because it is too big for me… but I couldn’t get the beautiful seaming and pleating out of my head, so I went back for it. The dress has an understated, sophistication about it, and by keeping the accessories modern, this look will never go out of style!
