Summer is about simplifying. As I sit upstate in the woods this week, I can’t help but enjoy the slow life of living simply. Georgia O’Keefe’s home is simple, functional and a space that fosters creativity. Designed as a “mobile and mute object” Giamoetti’s Disagreeable Object to be Thrown Away stimulates interpretation. These ideas sum up my mood at the moment and have inspired my most recent design.
