September is the month of fashion shows, and while I look forward to attending some New York shows, I also can’t wait to build my Fall wardrobe. My monthly musings are all here in the September List.

TO DO // This month I’m going to explore different ways to reimagine the white shirt for Fall. Pulling inspiration from Céline (pictured) and Dior, I have some DIY’s underway, so stay tuned.

TO READ // How to Be Parisian Wherever You Are was written by some of the most fashionable French women around: Anne Berest, Audrey Diwan, Caroline De Maigret and Sophie Mas. I look forward to taking some time this month to enjoy this witty, light-hearted book. Filled with love, shopping and style advice, there’s something for everyone to learn from these fabulous French women.

TO WEAR // It’s no surprise that burnt orange is one of the colors of the season. And after making this scarf, I fully intend to infuse more of this color into my Fall wardrobe. This Proenza Schouler suede skirt is at the top of my list, but check back this month for all my top picks in this autumnal hue.

TO SEE // New York Fashion Week starts in a few short days, so if you want to keep up with my NYFW activities, just follow me on instagram. I’ll also be updating my < runway > board on Pinterest with my favorite looks from my favorite designers throughout the month.

TO BEAUTIFY // Some people where a signature scent all their lives, I on the other hand, wear one scent until the bottle runs out and then adopt a new scent. Since scent is the biggest memory trigger, each perfume reminds me of a different time in my life. I rarely buy my perfume, usually they are gifted to me by my closest friends and loved ones, but this might be an exception. While we were traveling last month, I fell in love with Odin Eau De Toilette 04 Petrana. Spicy, but floral, this scent is sure to be a hard one to get over once it’s gone.
