Finding the perfect little black dress is like looking for a boyfriend. You spend hours trying them on, you may even commit to one out of necessity, only to give it to charity the next season. Luckily, I already have a boyfriend and now my search for the perfect LBD is over. I am on the design team for Piamita, so I was able to work on designing the perfect LBD with our team. We started with the idea of a 90’s slip dress, but elevated it through the details… Delicate straps, curved back neckline, abbreviated length, and most importantly, using stretch silk twill for the body skimming silhouette. The fabric offers luxurious comfort and versatility, making it an ideal dress to transition from day to night. The only drawback is we have to wait until November, when this style hits stores, to get our hands on it! For the perfect LBD, it’s worth the wait.
