Last week The Armory Show was in New York, so I spent an afternoon on the piers taking it all in. My favorite pieces were all about form, texture and abstraction, not so different from how I choose to buy clothes. Pleased to see textiles used in interesting ways and the influence fashion has on art (and vise versa).

Also, La Garconne released their first Atelier last week. “Our first Atelier is an ode to the understated art of house dressing and the effortless way we put ourselves together in moments of repose.” Featuring pieces from Spring-Summer 2014, the images printed on silk-coated card stock, act as art in themselves.
