As my boyfriend and I begin our third year as vegetarians, we are looking to Vegetarian Ventures for inspirational dishes. What initially drew me to this site was the simple layout and beautiful photos, but upon further reading my list of recipes to try gets longer and longer. Including… Pumpkin Pasta with Goat Cheese Whip and Brown Butter Sage, French Onion Soup and Homemade Enchilada Sauce to pour over my potato enchiladas. Vegetarian or not, this site has inspirational dishes for all!

Well the newly found website, and soon to open Soho space, The Line offers a carefully curated collection of apparel and objects that clearly evokes this mantra. The Line is not only about shopping, but about exploring and defining what is quintessential. Through beautifully written chapters featuring designers who’s aesthetics hold up this ideal, you can see for yourself, that design is about the process of creating and the life of an object.
It is official, COS is opening a Soho store this Spring, and if you can’t wait that long to get your hands on the classically designed, simply styled silhouettes of the brand, you don’t have to! On October 11th, Opening Ceremony is hosting a COS pop up shop and I couldn’t be more excited.
